Starting in Bharatpur and Deeg

OurRajasthan,byourownhands

This movement is not mine. It belongs to everyone willing to take one step for their own village, their own panchayat.

Where things stand

The local elections are close. This is where you come in.

The founder is asking for three kinds of people, and only these three: someone willing to contest a local election without spending a rupee on it, someone willing to work on such a campaign, and someone willing to volunteer where they live. Tell us which one you are, and we will call you.

A word from the founder

“This movement is not mine.”

Everyone talks about integrity, almost no one starts with themselves. So we started there — every organiser in this movement works under their own name, in public. And now there is a second thing to say, because local elections are close: a seat won by spending crores has to earn those crores back, and it earns them back out of your ward. I am not forming a party and I am not contesting. I am asking you to protect one vote for five years.

The next local elections

Nothing spent to win. Nothing owed after.

A seat fought at crores has to earn those crores back, and the only budget standing nearby is your ward's. The founder's proposal is to break the first half of that sentence — and this movement fields no candidate of its own.

What we stand for

Three commitments, one intent

Clean Panchayat drive — main site clean-up
Clean Panchayat drive — waste segregation
Clean Panchayat drive — volunteers at work

Month one · The first action

Clean Panchayat

The first month's action, for the teams as they form: each one picks a public place, cleans it, and sets up a waste-segregation point. One named organiser, one clear purpose, a public record.

What gets counted

  • Waste — removed and segregated
  • Condition of the site — at 6 and 12 months
  • Partners who took part

What doesn't

How many people were photographed that day — that alone is not a measure of anything.

On camera

The movement, as the field saw it

A written report has its place. But nothing explains a place being cleaned like watching it happen — so the clips go here, directly.

Every clip carries its original link beneath it. No video appears on this page without its source — the same rule we apply to the numbers applies here.

Dispatches

A short report after every drive

Not long essays — a date, a place, what happened, who ran it, and two photographs. These are the records that add up into the yearly report.

The first dispatch follows the first drive

We're not going to pad this page with unrelated links to make it look busy. The first entry lands with the first drive.

Before you ask

We have good answers to these — so here they are, in writing, before anyone has to ask.

What is Public Commander Force?

A civic movement in rural Rajasthan built on three commitments — a clean and water-secure Rajasthan, integrity that starts with us rather than with others, and skilling that actually leads to work. It is at the registration stage, starting in Bharatpur and Deeg districts, and was founded by Bhagat Singh Lohagarh.

Is this a political party?

No. It is not a registered political party, it is not affiliated with one, and it fields no candidates. The founder has said it plainly: he is not forming a party and he is not contesting. What it does is encourage people to put forward and elect responsible, trustworthy representatives — so that whoever governs is someone the ward chose on merit rather than on spending.

How are the counts verified?

Every figure on this site is counted out of a register of named people — each with a mobile number, entered by our staff after actually speaking to them. Nobody can type a total anywhere; there is no field for one. Once drives begin, each panchayat team also files the same five fields every month, and the teams that fell short are named in the same report as the ones that did not. The full method is on our methodology page.

How do I start a team in my district?

Fill the form with your district and panchayat. When three names arrive from one panchayat we introduce you to each other and send the first task. Not before — calling one person a "team" would be a lie in the count.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. No fee, no membership card to buy, no missed-call number. Name, mobile, district, panchayat — that's all, and you can have it removed whenever you like.

Who this is for

Can you join?

We don't ask about caste, religion, party or position. We do ask four things — and you already know all four answers.
